Janice has worked at Estuary Housing Association for six years. She currently works in Property Services Department leading on improving customer experience with the repairs service.

Janice has also led on customer and community engagement, welfare reform, performance and customer profiling.

Janice’s passion is making a difference that delivers tangible improvements to resident and communities.  This resulted in Estuary achieving quality assured scrutiny in 2017 achieving pass in 27 out of 30 areas, and more recently TPAS Pro Landlord Accreditation achieving pass in 95 out of 96 areas. Estuary Association were also a shortlisted finalist in the South region for Excellence in Tenant Engagement.

Prior to joining Estuary Janice held a number of roles within housing and social care working across London and Essex. During this time, she developed Thurrock Council’s first housing development in 25 years.  Her many roles involved her working with residents, politicians and partners in co-designing services. She is passionate about using residents’ data to inform how services are designed and delivered.
