Laura Knox is Director of Planning at the University of St Andrews, with responsibility for Analytical Services, Timetabling Services, and Risk Management, Business Continuity & Insurance Services. She joined the University in 2008 after holding research, analytical and planning support roles within the public and HE sectors. Laura has a keen interest in strategy development, business intelligence and analytics (with a particular interest in using these tools to engage senior management and facilitate strategic decision making). Laura is a member of the HESPA Executive and represents both HESPA and the Scottish institutions on a range of senior external advisory groups.
