Ursula brings together a cohesive blend of strategic, commercial, operational and technology capabilities from over 20 years of cross-sector exposure, to shape, execute and implement revolutionary technology-driven visions.
She joined the British Heart Foundation in March 2016 and was appointed as the first Chief Technology Officer for the charity in May, 2019. She has led technology transformation across the organisation and is responsible for delivering the BHF’s technology strategy in support of its charitable objectives with a focus on how technology can best support research and innovation; help people affected by heart and circulatory disease; and drive income growth across the BHF’s commercial, retail and fundraising offerings.
