1. Booking Terms & Conditions – EVENTS

Delegate Instructions

Delegate Instructions will be sent within 14 days of the event date. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of this information. If you have not received it within 7 days of the event date, please call us on 0203 770 6580.

Venue / Programme Changes

All events are full day unless noted otherwise. Inside Government reserves the right to alter the programme or venue without notice.

Payment

Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice, unless the place is booked within 30 days of the conference date in which case full settlement is required within 7 days. If payment is made by card, the payment will processed instantly.

Invoice/PO

Purchase Orders are to be made to our parent company GovNet Communications. The address is 111 Piccadilly, Manchester, M1 6PP.

Price Rates

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Special offers may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 days before the date of the event  and will be subject to a £150 + VAT administration fee. Cancellations must be sent to [email protected]. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to a full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance.

Name changes can be made at any time, up to the day before the event, at no charge.

Inside Government will not be able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of our control.

2. Booking Terms & Conditions – SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions

A free trial of up to 30 days can be obtained once by an individual in any 12 month period. Inside Government is committed to providing a minimum of 42 pieces of content or resources across a calendar year, for any single individual subscriber.

Subscriber Instructions

Subscribers will be sent a confirmation email that will within 24 hours of registration, providing further details and access to the subscription. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of this information. If you have not received it within 48 hours of registration, please call us on 0203 770 6580.

Subscription Changes

All subscriptions are rolling over a 12 month period, unless noted otherwise. Inside Government reserves the right to alter the subscription without notice.

Payment

Payment is due within 30 of invoice. If payment is made by card, the payment will processed instantly. Payment covers 12 month period from date of registration for paid subscription. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed every 12 months.

Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full subscription fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
